What are you trying to do? Play video on the device you are using webgizmo on?

I am trying to access webgizo using both (either) internet expolorer or firefox.  I goto http://jriver.com/webgizmo.html

I put in my server cods and get to the webgizmo page.

I click on This Location (for Play to)

Audio file play fine

Video files result in a Video Not Found error

this was not a problem in MC20.  I upgraded yesterday and the problem started.

After a long day of studying/working, who doesn't like to watch a big bang theory or walking dead episode??

Just retired and had to purchase a replacement laptop (Windows 10 Home).  Now I can view my MC21 library without the corporate police catching me.  My library is on a desktop running Windows 10 Home.  First thought was to use WebGizmo, playing on local device since I use Gizmo and JRemote already (Local and remore networks).  Using Chrome or Edge I can connect and view the library.  Images and Audio work fine, but not Movies.  I get a blank page.  MC21 says I'm up to date.  I tried WebGizmo on the desktop (Chrome and IE) and got the same result.  I rip movies using DVDFAb; they play fine on the server.  Could there be a firewall issue?  I'd like to hear some feedback before I spend more $$$ to upgrade.

If you looked up the change logs around the time of Hendrik's post above you would probably find a fix was implemented.

But just for you I checked, with a local LAN connection from my workstation to my HTPC. Chrome and IE11 played Movies and TV Shows fine. Edge just gave me a black screen for any video I tried to play. It didn't even show any evidence of attempting to load the video.

So I guess you have a couple of choices to use. I'm on MC23.0.14 at the moment.

Looks like the fix went into 21.019 while I'm on 21.0.90, but still getting the black screen with Chrome on my laptop.  Just tried IE11 and it appears to work fine.  Thx for the help and the quick reply.
