MC23 Master License Expired

I purchased a new Master License for MC23.  I finally downloaded the program on my new laptop to find the license is expired.  I tried to request a new registration code, but every version I've purchased EXCEPT MC23 is listed.  What's wrong please?   Here it is. Media Center23.

Needless to say, I have already tried this.   When I put in my email address, every version except MC23 comes up.  This is something I can't fix, what do we do please?

Hi Hugh,
You used a gmail address.  I changed it and sent your licenses again.
