Changes to the interface are lost
« on: May 02, 2018, 01:40:28 pm »

Distro(client):    UbuntuStudio 17.10
Distro(server):  Debian Stretch

Media Center 24.0.19 (64-bit) on both

Changes made within the interface (resizing columns, adding attributes) are lost after MC restart.
Bug or feature?  ;)

Regards
Adam

Changes on the client aren't saved.  You need to change them on the server.

Ah OK - thank you for the clarification. I was expecting something else. When I remember correctly somewhere within the wiki I found the info that setting are always stored locally. Therefore I expected it applies to the view configuration as well. BTW would it make sense to store view configuration locally (my server's resolution is 1280x1024 and on my client 3800x2xxx)?
