I'm finding myself quite often wanting to add/insert/change ways of looking at my media in theater view. So my suggestion is as follows (but it wouldn't surprise me if this has been discussed before).

In the uppermost roller for a view, add new menu choices: Change View, Insert View, Delete view
Change Level : Change the displayed field of the current view.
Insert Level : Insert a displayed field in the current view
Delete Level : Delete the current field from the field list.

Selecting Change or insert would present the user with a list of all library fields for selection. After selection, other preferences related to the view (set rules for display, etc)
