WAV-DTS only static noise when play direct from CD

 Please fix the  problem when listen dts-wav from cd. Only static noise.To play must extract to HDD , not play direct from CD.

Is the DTS-WAV an actual file (.WAV?) saved on the CD that plays if it's copied to the HDD? If this is the case this is odd.

Or

Is the DTS-WAV encoded as an 'audio CD' that plays if extracted (ripped?) to the HDD? If this is case I'm not sure the CD conforms to the (red?) (orange?) book standard. . .

Is the DTS-WAV encoded as an 'audio CD'  and play direct from CD with PotPlayer, MPC-HC, MPC-BE,Cyberlink Power DVD, Video Lan.With JRiver to play must ripped to Wav from CD to HDD with Poweriso.
