Cloudplay Registration
« on: March 25, 2020, 05:46:01 pm »

I signed up for Cloudplay in JRiver MC 26 and am enjoying it so much that I encouraged one of friends to use it, too.  He's already a JRiver user, though I am not sure which version he has.  I think it is MC 25 or later.  He was able to see Cloudplay in the tree on the left.  When he clicks it, he goes to the Cloudplay home page.  However, he cannot play music because he is not registered.  So, how does he register?  There are no instructions for registration that I could find.  I don't remember registration being an issue and don't even remember the steps I took.  So, now I cannot advise him on how to register for Cloudplay.  Can anybody provide simple step-by-step instructions?

Yes, you must register to use it.

Try maximizing the MC window.  It's there.

Note that Cloudplay registration, Username (email address) and Password is completely separate to other River or MC registrations. Of course, you might use the same email address, and even password, but it is still managed as a separate set of credentials.

Top right corner. If he can't see it, change to using the IE Web Browse Engine. Options > Tree & View > Web Browser > Engine.
