JRVR, iPhone vids, 4K, 60fps, unwatchable. Any ideas why?

These used to play just fine. I cannot recall if this was before Win11 or not.

Frames are dropping at a ridiculous rate, whilst the audio, just about plays as normal.
The audio track finishes, then, the video carries on, jerking. from. frame. to. frame. until. it. gets. to. the. end.

The display is a 49" LG TV, connection is via HDMI.

Would any other info not in the attached be helpful here?

Judging from the values, it looks like it might not decode fast enough? Do you have hardware decoding on?
I should probably look into a way to include that information into the OSD, if the input is starving.

No. Intel UHD 730.

It was not, though I'd have put money on it being ticked. It is ticked now...

They seem to drop between 13 and 15 frames, immediately, then no more, and zero repeated. I do not notice the dropped frames. Are they caused by pressing ctrl+j?
The "Overall Performance" figures still range from 2.3 to 5.8

They all play nice again now. Jeez, that was simple enough eh? Thanks Hendrik.
To be honest, although the visual quality of these files is amazing, the file sizes are ridiculous, so I've dropped back to 1080p @ 25fps on the iPhone, so there won't be any more. Good to have the existing ones behaving though.

A few usually drop during startup. There is little that can be done about that until everything settles, unless delaying the playback until everything is properly ready .. but as you say, noone notices a second of a few dropped frames during the start.
