Video Issue
« on: December 10, 2023, 10:10:53 pm »

I upgraded to version 31 in the hopes it would solve my video problem.  However, that didn't happen.  I can watch one video.  When I attempt to watch a second video the screen is completely black.  I can hear the movie audio.  But, the video is gone.

I have included a log file. This happened on the previous version, as well.

Thank you for your help

Possibly a video driver issue.

NVIDIA?

Yes.  I have an NVIDIA card.  It's always updated.  The big question is, what driver of this card needs to be changed.

The issue has been resolved.  Simply turn off "hardware acceleration" and no ore problems.  I'm guessing this program and Nvidia don't play nice together.  This should be noted for anyone new to the program.  Something like a "disclaimer of compatibility" with Nvidia graphics cards.
