We've just released an early build of MC32.  You could read the notes in the thread at the top of this board to learn about all the changes so far.  Here are some highlights:

Lightroom Compatibility

Useful for loading a new machine or backing up to another machine.  Greatly simplifies getting going when you change hardware.
