Each time I try to go online to one of the websites to ie.. download a plug-in, I get the same Error Message.. "Fail to connect to server"!  I use a DSL server, so I am always online, therefore, I don't understand the server problem connected with Musicjukebox 9.  I just paid for and installed the program today.  Did I miss something during installation as far as the program knowing that I'm always online?

I use MSN, IE6, and Opera at different times to browse the web!

Thank you for your help..I will probably need more as I continue using this program..so far it sounds Great and has organized my music files and videos very well-this is a very nice feature!

Oh, I am also a Emusic Member, Audible and MSN music member-I trust that this player will be compatible for use with all of these websites and their downloadable Media files???

I wonder if you have your default browser set to Opera.  IE should work.  Opera might work.

You may also want to clear your internet cache.

I don't know why but I get problems downloading plug-in's until I've cleared my cache and deleted all temporary internet files.

And finally, the next release of MC9 will fix some problems with accessing servers. It'll be out soon.
