a smartlist task to find files with no lyrics?
« on: March 04, 2004, 02:48:20 pm »

hi guys!
i was trying all day to create a smart lisk task to show me which files have no lyrics. after going through my huge collection (50,000 mp3) with kingsparta excellent lyrics find plugin i noticed that alot of the files still miss lyrics and i want to find them without going through all my files which will take forever  :P. can this be done?
thx alot

I probably won't get this exactly right because I'm at work....

Look at the other task smartlists criteria, like the one for No Genre.

In the criteria there will be something like

Genre = [ ]

or some little caharcter that MC uses to represent spaces or empty.

Make a copy of this smartlist and change Genre to Lyrics.

Maybe I'm missing something that makes it more complicated but this might work.

[Lyrics]=[]

should work, I guess.
