Just moved and also changed my email as well.

When I go to the change email page it's asking for a password as well as the old email and new email address.

What password is the page asking for? The only password I can recall having is the one for the board.

I did a search of the board and saw something referring to a password at purchase time? If that's the case I have no idea what that password might have been (and can't even recall a password at purchase/upgrade time. It's not mentioned in the emails that I've received for my various purchases/upgrades.

The password is one you gave at purchase time, there's not a way to purchase without entering it. Send me your old e-mail, your new e-mail, and the date of purchase (to gateley @ jriver.com)
