I recently added an MP-101 receiver to my home network and switched the MC option under UPnP to Autodetect devices as I also have a DSM-320 on the network. The DSM-320 is recognized appropriately with Autodetect setting and works as well as its design allows. However the MP-101 does not act correctly with the Autodetect setting, I get "Item is currently unavailable" when selecting a song or folder to play. It sees the files, but won't play them. If I select the Receiver type to  MP-101, then the MP-101 will work fine. I just upgraded to the latest 1.1.1130 to see if it was fixed and I get the same results. I have the latest MP f/w VA1.3.7RNG.2.

I have a similar set up 2 Mp101's and a DSM 320 both have latest software (DSM has v1.07eu) all fed wireless. (mc v11.1.130)
It all works for me, both devices do play, but I do get the auto detect device message witin mc

I personally don't use mc for streaming to my DSM due to a timeline funny, but I do use it for the 101's, I am also running both upnp servers on the one pc with no problems

The MP101 cannot be autodetected, they don't provide enough information in the headers. Sorry...

Presumably a potential future enhancement could be to allow it to differentiate on some other basis - MAC address, IP address, perhaps?

I seem to remember one of the other servers (TVersity, maybe?) does that...
