Auto-update unregistered MC12
« on: October 03, 2008, 10:16:55 am »

Last night my registered copy of MC12 performed an auto-update. Whenit was finished, MC12 was no longer registered and was demanding a Restore. I think this is unfair, in that while I think it's great to have the latest MC12, I don't think I should have been taxed a Restore instance to get it. Please advise.

Thanks

That shouldn't happen.  It can happen if your system date or name changes.

If you run out of restores, let us know.

Neither occurred. I suppose I have enough Restores left, but I was bummed in that I wanted to use my notebook PC to play a M3U this morning during my commute so I could test what's broken on my mobile playback system. (Is it my MP3 player? My cassette tape adapter? The tape player head?)
