I turned on Media Jukebox 12, and got an installation message for an update version. I clicked to allow. It went through some motions, and then got an error, and shut down, telling me to turn the computer off and try again.

When I tried to turn MJ 12 on again, I got this message: "The instruction at "0x010d40a5" referenced memory at "Oxffffffc". The memory could not be read."

I have 36,000 thousand songs, and I have input so much information on all of them into MJ that I can't stand the thought of losing that. I thought I had set up an automatic update, or backup, function, but I have no idea to how to access it.  I don't know if I try to reinstall MJ 13, or if there's something else I can do.

Please help! (And I should say that I am not a very computer literate person- in other words, a dinosaur.)

Try reinstalling MJ12.  Download from www.mediajukebox.com.
