Maybe this is answered else. Have searched the board/Wiki but could not find an answer.

When I upload a picture to Pix01.com I have to make a new gallery every time. When I try to upload to an existing gallery I get an error message the gallery already exists. How do I ad picture(s) later on to an already existing gallery?

There was the same question a long time ago. The answer was (and I guess still is): it's not possible to modify an existing gallery right now. Perhaps this could be feature request again (it was one in the old thread as far as I remember...)

When you add a picture, it will tell you that the gallery exists.  Just say OK.

It will upload all the pictures again, and I agree this is a waste of bandwidth, but it's not at the top of our list.  Keeping the number of photos per gallery smaller would lessen the problem.  10 or 12 photos, for example, not 40 or 50.

Under Playlists, there is a Pix01 section.  You can choose one of these to upload (with some changes).
