Unable to play blu-ray film (Tintin): Unable to open or parse file

Hello,

JRiver give me following error when trying to playback Tintin (Spielberg-version):
Failed to open or parse file. (hr=0x80004005)

I  tried another disc (Terminator 3) and it played fine.
I'm using BD-Free to decrypt the disc.

I've attached the log-file if it could be of any help.
