How to zero out and rebuild music library?

My music database had become so unorganized and disjointed - well - I did a lot of manual work on getting it right and organized and now I would like to zero out my JRiver MC library and rebuild it.

How EXACTLY do I do this??

File/Library/Clear Library.  Make a backup first.
