I purchased JRiver and shortly after my hard drive crashed and now I need to get JRiver back up and running on my new hard drive.  I tried the Restore but I still can't seem to get JRiver back and now I have use up two restores with nothing to show for it.  What do I need to do.  I have my Registration Code.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

The version installed must match the license.  This should help:

And, just to make sure... Download and install the version for which you have the license.  The current version of MC19 can be obtained in the pinned thread at the top of this forum, or (an older build) from JRiver's Download page.

If you need MC18 or earlier instead, you can download installers for old versions here:

It worked great gents, thank you for your quick response and information.  The key was to download the trial version first and then restore.

I am now back into my music.
