MC20 Master License will not work on second machine

I previously had 2 licenses for MC19.  When I upgraded to MC20 I purchased a master license key.  The upgrade and key works fine on the first machine, but on the second machine it keeps telling me that my trial has expired.  It did this when I started MC20 immediately after the install.   I have entered the key many times, did a license restore 5 or 6 times, uninstalled MC19, MC20 multiple times and fresh installs all with the same results. 

Is there a way I can clear the correct registry entry and avoid a complete OS install then install a fresh copy of MC20?

Please download and install the latest version first.  Then restore.
