Where is the TV Setup?

Sorry, I'm very new to JRiver MC. I'm evaluating it as a replacement for TiVo. As such, I'm interested in connecting MC to my SiliconDust HDHomeRun Dual Tuner which resides on my network. However, the TV setup is not available when I look at my GUI. It's also not available as a button under Tools->Options->Features as well.

What am I missing? Is this a FAQ? I tried Googling left and right for answers and came up with squat.

TV isn't available on the Linux or Mac versions yet.  Just on Windows.

Ok, that's good to know.

Is there a timeline of when that might be available? Months...years?
