I can wake up my mac mini from hibernation but if only display go to sleep, I cannot see anything on my LCD and touchpad need to be used.

I don't know anything about Macs, but on Windows PCs, the network adaptor has settings "Allow this device to wake the computer" and "Enable Magic Packet".

If you have those settings turned on, then whenever you start up the JRemote application, it will automatically send the respective "Magic Packet" to wake up the server.

I not have problem with wake up from hibernation mode but in case of monitor is sleeping I only turn it on using touch pad. For example - I start video file and hear only audio, monitor does not wake up.

And what about add change audio streams and subtitles features to JRemote new version?
