EPG problem

I just purchased the upgrade to version 21. I bought it mostly because I got an email saying that the television media guide might actually work now. I find that it does not work any better than it did in the old version, which is to say that it does not work at all. My tuner finds channels but the program guide cannot.

You probably need to set up your EPG again.  Please read a little on the TV board.

I understand you're ready to give up, but I'll ask anyway... What is it that you're trying to do? Or how is it that you think epg doesn't work? There are plenty of pretty active TV users here that may be able to help...
