Best Settings for Stereo Only

Been using MC19 for 18 months.  Interested in stereo only, no theater and no blue ray.

Want JRiver to run as a remote on my phone, which is does very well, deliver the bits to my DAC and get out of the way. No special effects, I have a high performance audio system to do the rest.

What are the recommended settings that should be on, what should be off to accomplish this?
