Share URL to specific artist/album?

I've decided to allow Gizmo access (web) to my music library with a friend. Is it possible to share a specific subset of songs (an album, an artist, some search result) with them by me selecting, getting a URL, sending to her, and her then being able to play the results? Other than creating a playlist, obvi.
