When i burn a cd data format,it works in mj9,but when i try this cd in my two other home mp3 players,they dont.when i convert the files from ogg vorbis to mp3 and mp3 vbr it still dont wonna work.In media juke box 7 and 8 never had this problem, ?.

Can u burn the same files with Nero or anything else and have them work?

I had a similar problem with data CD's burnt in MC.

I could play them on my home DVD player but navigating to the tracks I wanted to play was difficult.  The directory structure was a  folder for each album.  Once I'd played a track in an album folder I couldn't go back up a level to the CD directory level.

Burning the same CD's with Nero 5.5 solved the problem.  Maybe something in the way MC writes data CD's which isn't very compatible with a lot of mp3/dvd players?

You can turn off the folder creation by clicking the Options button on the CD burning dialog and select "CD Folder Naming/None". Then all the tracks will be placed in the root folder of your CD.

What kind of error do you get, does it just not recognize the disk at all, or do you not see the tracks that you burned? Perhaps the players are finicky about the brand of media you are using. If you're using cd-rw, try cd-r instead. As Nila asked, can you get it to work with other software? Maybe turning off folder creation like I suggested for Sauzee would help.
