Guys I cant only get stereo out of LPCM 5.1/7.1 blurays or Flac 5.1.
I have tried Wasapi and Direct Sound with JR and still cant play LPCM or flac correctly with all the channels....
The centre dialog is missing so all I get is the left and right channels.

Everything else works fantastic, Atmos, 7.1, 5.1, DTS Nueral X, Dolby Upmixer etc etc....

Just LPCM and Flac is the problem. Never had this when I was using Kodi, but I had other problems.....
Would like to clean this up as its been this way for months.

Tried all the combinations on DSP, but nothing in there as far as I see will fire up all the channels...
So Ive left it set to NONE.

Hope someone here can help?

Yes still doesn't work. I was told to set DSP to none, its the same either on or off.

Can you post a screenshot, with 5.1 audio playing, of the Audio Path?

Cool.  That clearly shows the JRiver is converting from 6 channels down to 2.  Which probably means that MC doesn't see your sound device as having 5.1 channels.  Try this:

Open DSP Studio and check ON Output format.  Inside Output Format, make sure output encoding is set to NONE.  Now go to Channels and select 5.1.  Quit Media Center and restart it.

Now try playing 5.1 again.  If it doesn't work as expected, post a screen shot of the DSP Output Format settings screen and the Audio Path as before.

We were able to sort this out by totally removing the graphics driver and reinstalling it. After doing this the audio began to play correctly. Something must have been confused in the driver due to some recent changes we made.

Ahhh.  I hadn't considered that this was an HDMI connection, even though that's one of the most common types.
