Problem with access key

Hello,

i rebooted my pc and i need now to register with my jriver 19 licence.
i downloaded th jriver 19 edition and asked by email my access key. In the email it is sais this in a jriver 18 licence. but i'm pretty sure i bought the 19.
And the sent code doesn't work.
I even try to buy the last version (despite all what i can say...), but Nothing works
Could help me please?

You have an MC19 license registered to free.fr account.  I can change it to the Outlook account if that is what you want.

All i want is my licence to be actvivated
So if changing the email account to outlook solve the problem. then yes, please change it to outlook
