My MC20 does not work. HELP!!!
« on: June 02, 2016, 12:20:46 pm »

Hello everyone. I am new here and new with the program. I own a MacPro with system 10.6.2 which I can not upgrade to a higher system because of my ProTools software and rig. i bought the MC20, received the activation code and worked perfect. Everytime I tried to use the program, it said to me that I was in trial mode. I restored the license one first time and it worked. After another 30 days it still says I am in trial , tried to restore again and this time the program does not open...What is it???

Make sure you have MC20 installed and that it runs.  Then restore your MC20 license.

What version of MC do you have installed?  What OS are you using it on?

Phaseland:  In some cases, the MJR file that the restore process sends you just won't register with MC.  It looks like it works, but then it's still unregistered.

In all of these cases I have had success by using the license code directly in MC's interface where it asks to be licensed.  Cutting the code from your email (the original email you got when you purchased MC) and pasting that into MC works well and saves you making typing mistakes.

Give that a try and let us know how it works.
