Amazon thinks I am in the USA

I am unable to force the country to be UK. Auto is constantly reset and this seems to cause Amazon to think that I do not have a prime account. I do, but only with amazon.co.uk. My email is a *.com id. I think that this causes the confusion. I can operate fully from a browser, but not from JRiver Media (21.0.80) on Mac.

Any ideas?
