Engen - trial expired, purchase or restore license (solved)
« on: September 13, 2016, 10:33:50 pm »

Hi,

Been offline for basically the last 5 - 6 weeks.  Upgraded Engen today with the Engen10026.exe file on a Win 10 machine & get the message "The trial period has expired".  I cannot seem to progress.  I do not have a product key & the purchase option is not doing anything.  Cancel causes the app to exit & cannot find any background service running

Cannot help but thinking I'm missing something very basic here.

Any thoughts?

thx,

Steve

What page does the purchase option show you?

Hi Jim,

Clicking on purchase didn't open any page.

Since the original post the machine has been rebooted.  The purchase option successfully opened a page and I was able to purchase a license

apologies for the post

hi Jim - It will be something at my end.  Have a hacked together LAN and WAN whilst waiting on telco cabling to be laid.
