Hi guys, I keep getting this warning message popping up when I start MC. Should I be worried? Image attached

Okay. I'm worried.

Anyone got any ideas how this might be happening, why is it happening to MC, and more importantly, how do I get rid of it, whatever it might be....

FYI. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Windows Defender, recently scanned, no nasties found.

You could report it to Acronis.

Taking the Acronis message seriously, something is really wrong at your place. Having an application like MC to update the Master Boot Record of your hard drive is most unusual.

Did you install your copy from the JRiver homepage ? Silly question.  Of course you did, but then something else may have "improved" your copy of MC22.exe.

I would try to scan my computer once rebooted in in Safe Mode and and also have mc22.exe scanned at www virustotal com.

...or it could be just Acronis doing it things which is messing up everything

I run Acronis and MC and this doesn't happen to me.
