JRemote immediate crash; iPad iOS 11

Hello,
I have the same problem as in the topic from fritsveer October 14, 2017 only difference I am using MC on Windows 7. The problem occurs only since iOS 11 is on the iPad. Therefore I assume it is a problem of the app and not of the MC.

I updated my iPhone 7 from iOS 10 to iOS 11.3 and now the JRemote app is only loading a blank white screen on the start up and gradually crashes itself automatically after few secs. Any idea how to fix it?

Is there a way to reset an app and clear data/cache in iOS (like in Android)? If so, I'd try that.
