iPhone X won't connect with JRiver Id

JRemote on my new iPhone X will not connect with my Id. My previous phone, an iPhone 6, and my iPad connect fine.

What is the connection failure message? JRemote displays the details of the connection attempt.
Did you try with the access key only? If so how about trying with the Id IP address?

Connect server to client

Does the client and server need to use the same access key ? If so how would you do that.
Having trouble for the client to see the files on the server. Will not load the libraries. Thank you

Only the client needs an Access Key.
