Difficulty syncing android phone & tablet in MC23

Greetings,

Recently, I've been trying to sync various playlists from MC23 to my phone (Droid Turbo 2) and my tablet (Galaxy Tab A).  For whatever reason, MC23 isn't able to "find" either of those devices when I plug them into my computer via USB.  I also make sure to enable the "transfer files over USB" option on both devices.  When I install MC 22 and connect each device, it is almost immediately discovered by MC22.  Any ideas on how I can get MC23 to recognize my devices?

The 64 bit version of MC doesn't yet support handhelds.

Haha!  Well, that would explain it!

Any idea on an ETA for handheld syncing in MC23 x64?
