TV Recording via Media Scheduler
« on: June 18, 2003, 11:41:44 pm »

Is there any way to:

  • Stop a TV recording when a scheduled TV recording is busy ? Now it crashes if I try this and I have to reboot to be able to use the TV again.
  • Auto import a TV recording so I can see them via hairstyle ?

You can not cancel an on-going scheduled recording. The operation is synchronous and blocking.

Ok,

I created a view scheme like this:

~d=e [Filename (path)]=TV -name=MJTSFile [Media Type]=[Video]

This shows me none imported files in my folder TV.

It works fine as long as I go into MC explorer first so that it fills the Explorer database.

Any way to update the explorer database automatic ?

bennyd,

We will change the scheduler so it imports video files into MC after recording.
