I am using an iMac computer. Yesterday I went through the setup process for JRemote and everything was successful no problems. Then I logged out of my computer and when I went to log back in and open JRiver again. The JRemote lost it’s connection with the server. after trying a few times I undid everything on JRiver and closed the program and removed the JRemote app from my phone. The next day I tried it all over again (installed the app, loaded JRiver on computer) and went through the process again. It still won’t connect and I am started to get frustrated. Not sure what happened. Can anyone help me out?
