Google Media Center Remote.  Anything from HP and most remotes with the Green Button should work.

I have already asked for help but just realized it's the wrong format.

We have just received a new up remote but the receiver is not responding.

can anyone offer any help. The old remote is still working sort of.

Anything sold as a "MCE Remote" should work just fine. I have one of those: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00224ZDFY/

I bought this HP TSGH-2401 Remote Control Controller and it does not communicate with the receiver

Trying to train a different remote which is communicating with the receiver but doesnt seem to want to learn??????
