Physical remote recommendations for JRiver Id

I'm completely new to the whole idea of the Nuc and have no experience with Linux.  Is there a physical remote (JRiver's own, Logitech, or other) that will work with MC Theater view (which is what I'll use for playing music) and Linux out of the box?

Any Windows Media Center Remote should work.  Especially those from HP.

Logitech remotes will work.
