transfer learned remote codes ?

I have been running an OLD PC with MC 16 for years as a server for music.  I have 100's of hours of work getting everything just right for it to work with MANY remotes around the house.

That old PC is close to death and I began the process of setting up newer pc with newer OS and newer MC version.

Is there any way to transfer ALL my stored REMOTE Codes from MC 16 to newer version (22)?

In the last several versions, settings can be moved as part of a backup.  I don't think this will work for a version that far back.
