Theater View starts on its own

Hello, Theatre View keeps appearing on MC23 without my doing anything-  it just takes over the screen after a few minutes. Is there anything I can do to stop this please? I am running 23.0.104 on Windows 10 Pro. Thanks.

It would start if you hit the Green Button on a Media Center Remote.  Are you using Windows Media Center?

Are you minimizing MC into system tray? There was discussion that MC minimized into tray receives keyboard events even if it is not focused (don't think there is fix for that ... except to not minimize it to tray ... just use plain minimize)

Hi, I've tried every variation going, it just seems random as to when it launches-  is there any way of  turning the feature off completely? Thanks.

Uncheck the feature:
Options > General > Features > Theater View
