JRemote iPad and iPhone lose server connection

Folks,

Here’s my issue. Running Windows 10. I have JRemote on both my iPad and iPhone. Daily at some point either the iPad or iPhone will not connect to the server when opened. The only consistent way to get it to connect is by opening the app on the the other product either the iPhone or iPad. After doing that the app opens on the problematic one.

The server never shuts off. JRiver desktop will be open and working while this problems occurs

Frustrating so any ideas appreciated
