Paint 3D Windows 10 Problem
« on: April 23, 2018, 12:49:34 pm »

I have problems in saving picture files in Paint 3d (Windows 10), when JRiver 23 or JRiver 24 is installed.

Does anyone have the same problem ?

And any solution ?

Thanks

Fernando

Saving as PNG and JPEG work fine here. So does saving/opening Paint 3D projects and everything else.

Hi

Are you using a Local Account or a Microsoft Account ?

I have create a Local Account and saving is allowed.

I only have the problem when logged with a MS Account.

Thanks
