Panel causes MC23 on MacMini to crash

I run MC23 on a MacMini. While it was building thumbnails I started Panel from a browser on another Mac. It came up fine. When I clicked on Audio > Artists, and while it was populating the screen, MC23 on the MacMini crashed and also severed the Panel connection. I saved the Problem Report in case this should be of interest.
