Installation Problem

After using Media jukebox for a few days on trial I decided to purchase and followed the application procedure.
No problems and the registration code advised appears OK on Help/Registration info.

The media jukebox opening message that I have 11 days left on the trial period etc etc has today just reappeared and thinking that perhaps I had wrongly used the installation key I repeated that procedure and got error message - Error installing Media Jukebox licence error code 14.

Looks like I have gone wrong somewhere can anyone help.

what version of mj8

this problem was reported and fixed in 8.0.394

Registration Info shows version as 8.0.393
