Hello Everyone,

My objective is to use JRiver as a DSP : active filtering, room correction, equalizer.

To do this I have bought a usb DAC with ASIO driver and multiple output, at least on paper : http://www.terratec.net/details.php?artnr=10546#.WzcyJ_m-g0M

Sadly I can't set multiple output in JRiver. I've done :
- selecte ASIO terratec output
- On dsp, activate output format plugin and try 10 or 12 output channels ( i need 6 analog at least)

When I play a flac : playback error. JRiver says that configuration can't work and propose to fallback to 2channel output ...

Did I have miss somthing ? Or is it the card that is not supported ?

Any help will be greatly appreciate.

A 5.1 file would play to 6 channels.

A 2.0 file would only play to 2 channels, as you've found.

Well it was 5.1 to get 6 channels stereo with active filtering. Sorry I've tried many things but not this
