IdPi doesn't shut down from Panel or iOS app

I have my Id Pi updated to the latest build, but I can't shut it down except by logging in by VNC and then using the mainmenu box.  I used to be able to do this from Panel, as the JRiver app on my iPhone was never able to do that.  Did a setting change somewhere, this used to work!   ? ?

What is the full version of Media Center on the IdPi? You need to have full authentication enabled in Media Center to use the shutdown and restart commands in Panel.
