Actually the problem arises in using Gizmo.  I was using it easily until I had to factory reset my laptop and reinstall Media Center 23.  Everything seems fine now except for Gizmo.

When I put the access key into Gizmo and press "Go" I get the error message: "There was a problem connecting to the server.  Please double-check that you have entered the correct key (done), and that the server and your connections are working."

In Medial Center "Media Network" when I click on "Access Key/Test connection to this server" I get the message: "Library Server could not be registered with JRiver.  You need a connection to the internet and it cannot block http connections from Media Center.

I do have a good internet connection to this computer.  I've done a search in JRiver, but cannot resolve this issue.

Thanks.

Just wait for it to all be fixed. Plus change your passwords!

You can use the IP address of the server instead of the Access Key.

You could use Panel for a while.  In a web browser, enter this (substituting your own IP address for the server):
