4. Fixed: The wavepack plugin was missing from some builds which resulted in unexplained crashes.

4. Changed: DLNA, change SetNext controller option disabling so that device errors don't disable SetNext only disable it if the renderer reports that it's not implemented.
5. Changed: DLNA. Want to make sure that if a resubscribe fails we clear and do a subscribe. Have seen http error codes of 412 on resubscribe.

2. NEW: Text edit boxes now have a more convenient way to add Latin characters with diacritics.  Press and hold a letter key and a list of choices with diacritical versions for that letter is shown to choose from.

There seems to be an issue with seeking in video; if the audio buffer is changed to a higher number than the default, the video and audio will become desynchronized.  Setting the audio buffer to the now default settings eliminates the problem.  Not sure when this issue was introduced, but I'm fairly sure it was sometime in the MC24 cycle.  24.0.55 exhibits the same issue for sure so it's new in this build.

Otherwise this build is running great.

It happens with both local playback and when playing from a server (identical behavior).  It happens with every filetype and codec I've tested:  I've tested .mkv and .mp4.  Most of the files were encoded in mpeg2 with either aac or flac audio, but some were h264 with FLAC audio.

Yes, playback is perfect until the first seek or skip.  Then it never recovers until you stop and start again.

I just tested this, MC server 24.0.61 on Windows x64.
MC Client 24.0.61 Debian Jessie x64. Set to not convert audio in the client options on this end.
I don't have a DSD output device directly connected to the client so I'm letting DSP studio convert the output to something the build in intel audio can do.
Plays fine.

So this setup might be a bit special and therefore the problems it generates as well.

Ok, this is ugly and was triggered by some changes in our FileAssociations database and the way DSD file mimetypes are handled in DLNA (undefined) and a particular bug in Sony players.

The next build (24.0.63) will play it even if it shows up as dsd in the FileType field. Then we'll just need to get the outgoing mimetype for the Sony working. From the other articles I saw it SHOULD be looking for audio/dsd

I thought it was happening on any column but further testing shows it occurs in more specific circumstances, steps to reproduce

* go to thumbnail view like Audio > Albums
* click on an album and click Files
* in the detail view that opens
  * remove sorting from a column that is unsorted => segfault

there is some other odd behaviour too, instead of removing sorting then

* select a column to sort and apply the "inside groups" option
* remove that column from sorting => the files pane is closed and the sorting applies to the entire view changes from whatever it was to "display expression"

I'll check whether the latter occurs on windows too, seems like unexpected behaviour to me
