What defines the starting track??
« on: May 19, 2003, 07:51:29 pm »

When I start Media Center (Mega-Me, in the Media Library), and press Play, I always get the same song that starts playing.
It is a song I have never voluntarily played and is #384 down the library list. It appears to have no special qualities. It does not have any properties that would make it the top of any kind or sorting arrangement yet it is always there.
If I open Media Center and press 'Playing Now', then press play, it will play the playlist from my last session.
But... Just opening Media Center then pressing play always plays the same song.
Any suggestions anyone? Is this common to all installations?
Thanks

Have you tried right-click on 'playing now' in the tree window, then select 'clear playing now'.
This should leave nothing in the playing now list and therefore (theoretically) leave nothing selected for next time . . . . .
